- Coconut milk400 ml
- Whole milk1 l
- Condensed milk395 g
- Corn starch1 cup
- Coconut oil or any other vegetable oil to taste
- plum100 g
- Water1 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon sprig1/2 unit(s)
- Grease a pudding mold with oil and set aside.
- In a pan put the coconut milk, condensed milk, three cups of milk tea and mix with a fouet.
- In the last cup of milk tea, dissolve the corn starch and set aside.
- Place the ingredients in the pan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once it boils, add the cornstarch dissolved in the milk. And stir vigorously with the fouet. Let it boil, let it cook for three minutes.
- Transfer to the already greased form with oil and cover the manjar with plastic film in contact so as not to create a film. Let cool and place in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
- Soak the pitted plums in a pot of water to hydrate. For at least 4 hours.
- Transfer the plums with the water to a pan, add the sugar and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over medium heat for five minutes. Let it cool and put it in the fridge.
- Run a blunt knife around to help loosen. Unmold the delicacy after it is well chilled on a plate and decorate with the plum syrup.
