  • Pitted Black Plum2 cup
  • Sugar (1 for the cream and 1 for the syrup)2 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Milk1 l
  • Corn starch4 tablespoon
  • grated coconut1 cup
  • Coconut milk1/2 cup
  1. For syrup: In a pan, place the plums, 1 cup of the sugar and the water, stir and when it has a syrupy texture, turn off the heat and set aside.
  2. For the cream:
  3. Let the coconut hydrate in coconut milk
  4. In a pan add the milk, sugar, starch mix, and only then light the stove
  5. Stir for a few minutes until the starch is cooked, add the grated coconut that has been soaking in the coconut milk.
  6. Pour in a greased shape (hole in the middle), and take it to the fridge for 4 hours
  7. Then unmold and pour the syrup!
