  • Sugar1 cup

  2. For the syrup, bring the sugar to a low heat, stirring constantly until it melts completely, then slowly add the syrup from the plum can and stir until it has a consistency a little thinner than honey. Add the plums, mix and turn off the heat.
  3. Unmold the manjar and pour the cold syrup over it.
