  • Shredded Coconut1 cup
  • Corn starch1 cup
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Prunes WITHOUT Pit1 cup
  1. With the fire still off, in a pan put the milk and corn starch, mix until dissolved.
  2. Add the other ingredients, turn on the fire and stir until it thickens.
  3. TIP: Wet your mold with ICE WATER, discard the water and then pour the mixture into the mold.
  4. Place in the fridge for 3/4 hours.
  5. After that time, unmold and pour the syrup.
  6. SYRUP: Melt the sugar over low heat; Add the water (BE CAREFUL not to burn yourself!) Add the plums and cook for 3-4 minutes.
