  • Glass of Coconut Milk1 unit(s)
  • grated coconut200 g
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Liquid milk (use condensed milk can to measure)3 unit(s)
  • Corn starch4 tablespoon
  • Water1 cup
  • Sugar1/1/2 cup
  • Pitted Black Plum300 g
  • Coconut oil to taste
  1. Place the milk and cornstarch in the pan and stir well until dissolved.
  2. Add the other ingredients, mix well and bring to a low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens well.
  3. Grease a shape with butter or coconut oil, put the white cream in the shape and leave it in the fridge for 40 minutes.
  4. Put the sugar in a pan and let it melt.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients except the plum.
  6. Let it form a thick syrup.
  7. Take the manjar out of the fridge, pass a silicone spoon around the mold and unmold it carefully so as not to break the manjar.
  8. Pour the syrup and plums on top and serve.
