Ingredients

• Egg | 1 unit(s)
• Oat flour | 2 tablespoon
• Pure Life Powder Sweetener | 1 teaspoon
• Grated unsweetened coconut | 2 tablespoon
• Chemical Yeast | 1 teaspoon
• blackberry |  to taste

Recipe

1. In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork or a whisk, add the oatmeal, powdered sweetener and grated coconut;
2. Mix well and add the yeast.
3. In the silicone molds, put the dough, a blackberry and complete with more dough. On top add more blackberry;
4. I baked in the airfryer at 160 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
5. Note: You can replace the powdered sweetener with xylitol, or coconut sugar or brown sugar. Just instead of a teaspoon add a tablespoon.
