  1. In a bowl add 1/2 of the can of condensed milk, 1 egg, warm water and the oil (I used the can of condensed milk to measure the water and oil), salt, yeast. Mix with a fuê very well. Put the wheat flour gradually, stir with a wooden spoon, it gets very soft, after well mixed, let it rise for 1 hour (put a cloth or plastic film on top. Greased shape, add the dough with the help of a spoon. Spread it in the shape of preference that has a hole in the middle. BRUSHES with yolk or bitter coffee (cold strained) with milk. Place in preheated oven and bake at 180° until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
  2. When the screw is fully roasted, remove from the oven, unmold and place the other half of the can of condensed milk on top, sprinkle the grated coconut.
