- In a bowl add 1/2 of the can of condensed milk, 1 egg, warm water and the oil (I used the can of condensed milk to measure the water and oil), salt, yeast. Mix with a fuê very well. Put the wheat flour gradually, stir with a wooden spoon, it gets very soft, after well mixed, let it rise for 1 hour (put a cloth or plastic film on top. Greased shape, add the dough with the help of a spoon. Spread it in the shape of preference that has a hole in the middle. BRUSHES with yolk or bitter coffee (cold strained) with milk. Place in preheated oven and bake at 180° until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
- When the screw is fully roasted, remove from the oven, unmold and place the other half of the can of condensed milk on top, sprinkle the grated coconut.
