Preparation mode
In a pan, add sugar and water, cook over low heat.
Let it cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
Then add the freshly grated coconut.
Only for mixing the syrup, with the grated coconut flakes.
Turn off the fire.
With the candy still hot.
Add in a glass bowl, add or aluminum, grease with butter.
Add the coconut to the bowl and let it cool.
Make cuts and you're done.
