- 80% chocolate bar1 unit(s)
- In a pan, place the grated dry coconut and condensed milk, stirring for 7 minutes.
- Add the cream and coconut oil, stirring until there is no mass at the bottom of the pan.
- Turn off and let cool
- After cooling, make balls or the shape you want and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and dip the balls inside, remove and wait to dry and serve.
