Fresh Shredded Coconut250 g
Condensed Milk1 can(s)
Sugar1 cup
Water1 cup
Butter1 tablespoon
Vinegar with Alcohol3 tablespoon

Place the condensed milk, coconut and butter in a pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat until all the liquid is dry and when it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
Let the coconut filling cool. Then make the coconut balls and put them on a plate and set aside.
In another pan, add water, sugar and vinegar. Mix well and bring to medium heat and let it become a golden sugar syrup.
Then pass the coconut balls in the syrup and let it harden. You can pack it in film paper or serve it anyway.
