  • Spoons of butter or margarine3 tablespoon
  • 1½ cups (American type) sugar1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk bottle200 ml
  • 1 cup (American type) milk200 ml
  • 1 Cup (American type) all-purpose flour1/2 cup
  • 1 Cup (American type) corn starch1 tablespoon
  • Packet of shredded coconut100 g
  • Spoonful of Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 to taste
  • grated coconut1 to taste
  1. Beat the eggs, milk, coconut milk, sugar, and butter in a blender. Beat everything very well.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and gradually add the wheat flour alternating with the cornstarch.
  3. Then add the grated coconut and mix.
  4. Finally, add the chemical baking powder and mix gently.
  5. Pour into a 24 cm diameter shape greased with butter and floured.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool and unmold.
  8. Spread condensed milk over the top of the cake and finish with grated coconut. Ready to serve.
