- * Melt the sugar in a pan, when it starts to get golden add the water little by little until it forms a syrup, then put it in the fridge * In a bowl, place the eggs and beat until the white and yolk are mixed (for 1 min) * Add oil for (1 min) * Add the sugar and beat again (for 1 min) * Add the coconut milk, flour and baking powder, stir until mixed and then beat (for 1 min) * Grease a form (preferably pudding) with butter or Margarine + Wheat flour. * Put the syrup that is in the fridge in the form, put the grated coconut and then add the dough. * Oven preheated to 180° Leave it for around 45 to 50 min or do the test to pierce the cake Unmold and ready to enjoy
