  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  1. Melt 1 and a half cups of sugar, stir until melted;
  2. Add 1/2 cup of water and stir for another two minutes; (After adding water, it looks like it won't work, but it does);
  3. Transfer the syrup to an aluminum form, spread and reserve.
  4. In a container place the three eggs, 1 and a half cup of sugar, 1/2 of oil. Mix well.
  5. 1 and a half cup of wheat flour and the 200ml of coconut milk, mix well;
  6. 1 tablespoon baking powder, mix slowly;
  7. Throw the package of grated coconut in the aluminum mold with the previously reserved syrup; (as in the video)
  8. Pour the cake dough inside the shape;
  9. Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 min.
  10. And our recipe is ready! Do not forget to unmold while still hot so that the caramel does not stick to the bottom of the mold.
