  • Milk1 cup
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Shredded Coconut (Package)1 unit(s)
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  1. In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, margarine and sugar.
  2. Soon after pour it into a container and add the wheat flour, 1/2 package of the grated coconut, the baking soda and mix well until the dough is homogeneous.
  3. Pour the dough in a greased shape with butter and wheat flour. Cook over medium heat until golden.
  4. In a pan put the condensed milk, the cream, the rest of the grated coconut, a spoon of margarine and take it to the fire until it thickens a little. Pour and top the cake and good appetite.
