- Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the milk, eggs, sugar and butter.
- Then pour it into a container, add the wheat flour and mix well until it becomes homogeneous.
- Add the yeast and mix well again, then add the grated coconut and mix a little more.
- Pour the dough in a greased shape with butter and wheat flour and take it to the medium oven until it turns golden.
