- Fresh grated coconut150 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Grated coconut for sprinkling to taste
- In a mixer add the fresh grated coconut with yeast and mix with a spatula.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and beat for about 4 minutes.
- Place in the mold and bake at 200° for 40 minutes.
- After cold, unmold and sprinkle grated coconut on top
