- Whole milk200 ml
- Heat the coconut, open it, release the shell and carefully cut the thin strips Reserve
- In the mixer place the eggs, sugar, coconut milk and butter and beat for 3 minutes.
- Add the flour little by little and beat until you have a homogeneous mass.
- Add the yeast and mix carefully.
- Transfer the dough to a greased 20 cm ballerine shape
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
- In a pan put the condensed milk and milk and let it heat until it boils.
- With the cake baked and cold, unmold
- Cover with the mixture of milk and condensed milk
- Decorate with coconut strips
