  • wheat flour600 g
  • Milk200 ml
  • Oil50 ml
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Sugar3 coffee spoon
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast20 g
  • Syrup: condensed milk to taste
  • grated coconut to taste
  1. In a container, mix the warm milk with biological yeast and wait to rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Then add the oil, egg, sugar and salt. Mix and add the flour little by little.
  3. Then knead the dough well. cover with a cloth for 1 hour or until doubled in volume
  4. Then divide the dough into 6 pieces, roll and place in a round roast with 2 cm space between each one, cover with a cloth and let rise.
  5. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180g for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.
  6. Then just brush with condensed milk and sprinkle grated coconut on top.
