  • Corn Starch | 130 g
  • Sugar | 130 g
  • Coconut milk | 200 ml
  • Whole milk | 1 l
  • Pitted prunes | 400 g
  • Honey | 4 tablespoon
  • Sugar | 1/2 cup
  • Spices |  to taste


  1. In a pan, dissolve the friend in the coconut milk, then add the milk and sugar and bring everything to a boil, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  2. In a separate pan, add the plums, sugar, honey and spices (I opted for cloves and aniseed) and let it boil until it reaches the syrup point.
  3. Take the dough to a wet mold and let it rest for 12 hours in the fridge, then unmold and serve with the syrup.
