Ingredients
- Corn Starch | 130 g
- Sugar | 130 g
- Coconut milk | 200 ml
- Whole milk | 1 l
- Pitted prunes | 400 g
- Honey | 4 tablespoon
- Sugar | 1/2 cup
- Spices | to taste
Recipe
- In a pan, dissolve the friend in the coconut milk, then add the milk and sugar and bring everything to a boil, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- In a separate pan, add the plums, sugar, honey and spices (I opted for cloves and aniseed) and let it boil until it reaches the syrup point.
- Take the dough to a wet mold and let it rest for 12 hours in the fridge, then unmold and serve with the syrup.
