- 50% cocoa powder1 cup

- Before starting the recipe, preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- In the mixer or by hand you will beat the eggs with the sugar until it is very light. add the cocoa powder (sifted) and mix slowly until the cocoa disappears and it becomes a wet mass. Then add the flour (sifted) and mix slowly until it disappears. then add the salt and essence and mix. Then put it in a greased shape with butter and cocoa powder (I used 70%) and take it to the oven for 30 to 40 minutes more or less (depends on the type of oven).
- NOTE: *SLOWLY MIX THE INGREDIENTS, ESPECIALLY THE FLOUR BECAUSE IT JUST HAS TO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE DOUGH* IN CASE THE DOUGH GETS TOO HEAVY, DON'T BE AFRAID, IT'S NORMAL WHEN WE'RE HAVING A BROWNIE.
- to know if it's at the ideal point, stick a toothpick in our brownie and if it comes out wet, with a little dough still, it's at the ideal point. If it comes out dry, it turned into a cake!
