liquid coconut oil2 tablespoon
brown sugar3 tablespoon
100% cocoa1 tablespoon
from vanilla extract1 coffee spoon
oat flour1 cup
almond flour1 cup
chemical yeast1 teaspoon
finely chopped Brazil nuts1/3 cup
70% chocolate chips (optional)1/4 cup

In a bowl, mix the egg, oil, sugar, cocoa, vanilla essence and mix.
Add the flours and yeast.
Mix initially with the spoon and then with your hands.
Finish with the chestnuts (and chocolate) and knead some more.
Make flattened balls and place in a greased shape and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Wait for it to cool down to unmold.
