- Unseasoned Baked Beans1 cup
- Warm water2/3 cup
- Sugar or culinary sweetener2 cup
- Cocoa3 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- Powdered milk3 tablespoon
- Chocolate Powder3 tablespoon
- Sour cream1/2 unit(s)
- In a blender, beat the cooked beans with 2/3 of warm water. Reserve.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, margarine, vanilla essence and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the Cocoa and beat more.
- Add the beaten beans and wheat flour and continue to beat.
- Finally, add the baking powder and mix.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the frosting by mixing the powdered milk, powdered chocolate and milk cream. Mix well and microwave for 30 seconds. Pour over the still warm cake.
