  • Unseasoned Baked Beans1 cup
  • Warm water2/3 cup
  • Sugar or culinary sweetener2 cup
  • Cocoa3 tablespoon
  • Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
  • Powdered milk3 tablespoon
  • Chocolate Powder3 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1/2 unit(s)
  1. In a blender, beat the cooked beans with 2/3 of warm water. Reserve.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, margarine, vanilla essence and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the Cocoa and beat more.
  4. Add the beaten beans and wheat flour and continue to beat.
  5. Finally, add the baking powder and mix.
  6. Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for about 30 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare the frosting by mixing the powdered milk, powdered chocolate and milk cream. Mix well and microwave for 30 seconds. Pour over the still warm cake.
