Cocada (Without Condensed Milk)

In a pan, place 300gr of grated coconut and 50ml of water.
Stir until the water dries up, add the sugar.
Add the rest of the water and the powdered milk. Stir over low heat until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
In a refractory place a sheet of parchment paper and pour the coconut.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour and then cut as desired. Keep in the fridge.
