  • Sugar1 cup
  • Shredded Coconut Flakes400 g
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  1. In a pan, pour the milk and sugar. Turn the heat to high and when it boils, lower the heat and leave for 5 minutes. Then add the grated coconut.
  2. Mix until it releases from the bottom of the pan and the liquid dries up. Add the condensed milk, mix over low heat until it releases from the bottom of the pan.
  3. Take portions of the coconut and place on a silicone mat or on a greased surface.
  4. Wait for it to dry at room temperature and you're ready to enjoy this coconut candy.
