  • Condensed milk (1 and ½ box)590 g
  • Wheat flour1/3 cup
  • Sugar1/3 cup
  • Coconut Milk200 ml
  • Milk1/3 cup
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • grated coconut1 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Sugar (for the syrup)1 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  1. Grease the mold with margarine. In a pan, melt the sugar until it forms a light caramel, add the water and let it dissolve.
  2. On top of the syrup, spread the grated coconut.
  3. Beat the rest of the ingredients (except the yeast) in the blender.
  4. Gently mix the yeast and pour over the coconut, in the form.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven until golden, about 30 minutes. Unmold while still warm.
