  • Eggs | 2 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 180 g
  • Wheat flour | 450 g
  • Melted butter | 2 tablespoon
  • Milk | 120 ml
  • Baking powder (shallow spoon) | 1 tablespoon
  • Salt (Piradinha) | ... to taste
  • Oil | ... to taste
  • Sugar and Cinnamon (for the topping) | ... to taste


  1. Place the sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat until creamy.
  2. Sift the flour, yeast and salt.
  3. Add a part of the flour mixture and the melted butter to the egg cream and mix.
  4. Then add the remaining flour alternating with the milk.
  5. On the bench, sprinkled with flour, roll out the dough until it is 2 cm high. Make with the help of the donut cutter or with the help of a large cookie cutter, cut circles and remove the center with a smaller cutter.
  6. Put a pan on the fire with oil and let it heat well.
  7. Fry the donuts until golden.
  8. Once drained, roll them in sugar and cinnamon.
