- Sugar and cinnamon powder for filling to taste
- Place the yeast and sugar in a bowl and mix.
- Add the warm water, eggs, oil, salt and mix again.
- Finally, add the wheat flour, knead the dough, and then let it rest until it has enough volume.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin, put sugar and cinnamon powder, make a rocambole.
- Put the thread in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180° degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
