- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Baking Powder1 coffee spoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Dulce de leche1 cup
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and the butter in a mixer.
- Add the milk and wheat flour little by little, mix well until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Add the cinnamon mix and finally the yeast stir slowly.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured form.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 35 minutes).
- Syrup: in a pan, mix the dulce de leche with the cream over medium heat until smooth.
- Wait for the cake to cool, unmold and put the syrup on top.
