- In the mixer, add the eggs and sugar, beat until it mixes well and forms a foam.
- Add the oil, milk and mix more. Gradually add the flour, beating on low speed, add the cinnamon and baking powder and mix.
- Transfer the dough to a greased shape with butter and flour, bake at 200°C for 30 minutes
