Ingredients

• Apple | 3 unit(s)
• Lemon | 1/2 unit(s)
• Cinnamon powder | 1 coffee spoon
• Demerara sugar (optional) | 2 tablespoon
• Water | 1 cup

Recipe

1. Clean and remove the core of the apples. Then cut into cubes.
2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over them and mix well.
3. Take the apples to a pan and add the water, cinnamon and sugar.
4. Cook over medium heat until the water dries up and reaches the point of jelly.
5. When it's almost done I like to knead it but feel free, if you want you can leave the pieces.
