- Water400 ml
- Wheat Flour300 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Cinnamon to taste
- Orange zest1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Sugar to taste
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Dulce de leche1 can(s)
- Vanilla extract or essence3 teaspoon
- Bring the water to a boil and add the cinnamon, salt, orange zest and vanilla.
- Once the water boils, turn off the heat and add the flour all at once. Whisk until it starts to unglue from the pan.
- Move the dough until it reaches the point in the helping hand, use a rolling pin
- When you get the point, book and start the dulce de leche sauce
- In a pan add the condensed milk, the dulce de leche and a little cinnamon. Stir until you give the brigadeiro point of spooning a little more liquid and turn off the fire.
- Heat the oil to 180° or until it is very hot but without releasing smoke, stay in the fire for about 6, 7 minutes
- Place the churros dough in the churro maker and fry until golden, remove from the oil and let dry on a paper towel.
- Pass the fried churros in sugar and cinnamon and just enjoy dipping in the dulce de leche sauce
