Sugar and Cinnamon
In a pan, add the water, margarine, sugar and salt, bring to the fire, as soon as it starts to boil, lower the heat and add the wheat flour at once and stir well until a homogeneous mass is formed that comes off the pan.
In the dough add the egg and stir well until mixed in the dough. Then put it in a pastry bag with a pitanga nozzle and shape the size you prefer.
Fry dipped in hot oil, once fried transfer to a container lined with paper towel to drain the oil then pass in the sugar mixed with cinnamon powder and cover with the stuffing of your taste.
