Water2 cup
Margarine2 tablespoon
Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
Wheat flour2 cup
Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling1 to taste

Bring the water, margarine and salt to a boil in a pan and bring to a boil.
When it is boiling, add the flour all at once and stir well until it forms a ball and leaves the pan.
Then remove from the pan and place on a surface to shape.
Use those little churros machines that come out with the little hole in the middle of the dough to fill.
After molding, drilling, it has to fry in very hot oil to brown and toss in cinnamon mixed with sugar.
Then fill with the filling of your choice and serve.
