1- Aqueça a água na panela
2- Abaixe o fogo e adicione a manteiga e o açúcar
3- Mexa até dissolver a manteiga

1- Heat the water in the pan
2- Lower the heat and add the butter and sugar
3- Stir until the butter dissolves

Acrescente aos poucos a farinha de trigo (não pare de mexer) até a massa desgrudar do fundo

Gradually add the wheat flour (do not stop stirring) until the dough comes away from the bottom.

1- Tire do fogo
2- Acrescente os ovos (um de cada vez)
3- Mexa até ficar homogêneo

1- Remove from fire
2- Add the eggs (one at a time)
3- Stir until smooth

Coloque a massa em um saco de confeiteiro (bico pitanga)

1- Aperte na panela já com o óleo quente
2- Corte com uma faca (tamanho de sua preferência)

1- Coloque em um papel toalha para absorver a gordura (depois de frito)
2- Passe na canela com açúcar
3- Coloque o chocolate derretido (ou doce de leite) em um potinho
4- Na hora de comer, molhe os churros no chocolate (ou doce de leite)
5- Sirva:)
