Coloque em uma panela no fogo a água, o sal e a margarina.
Assim que levantar fervura, adicione a farinha de trigo e misture até que fome uma grande bola de massa e desgrude da panela.

Coloque a massa em uma máquina de plástica própria para churros e corte-os.

Coloque em uma panela uma quantidade de óleo que seja suficiente para cobrir os churros e esquente bem o óleo. Frite em fogo baixo.
Meli os churros no açúcar com canela em pó...
Recheio fiz de doce de leite na panela de pressão.
