- milk | 500 ml
- Water | 200 ml
- Butter | 50 g
- 1 pinch of salt | 1 pint
- Wheat flour | 400 g
- Egg | 1 unit(s)
- Sugar and Cinnamon | 1 to taste
- Dulce de leche | to taste
- In a pan put the milk, water, butter, sugar and salt and bring to a boil.
Then add the wheat flour and mix on low heat until it becomes a dough.
Then just knead until cool
Put the dough in a mixer and add the egg and beat
Then transfer to a pastry bag and fry.
Once done, roll in cinnamon sugar...
