Wheat Flour215 g
Cinnamon Powder1 tablespoon
Yeast1 tablespoon
Dulce de leche or brigadeiro100 g
Sour cream200 ml

In a blender, add the eggs, sugar, oil, milk, beat for about 2 minutes and set aside;
In a bowl, sift the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and mix;
Pour the liquid into the bowl and stir well until the dough is homogeneous;
In a greased and infarcted form, transfer the dough and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
In a pan, put the dulce de leche, the cream, turn on the low heat and stir non-stop;
When the frosting starts to thicken, it's ready;
