- Cinnamon powder1 dessert spoon
- Whole milk200 ml
- Margarine for greasing1 tablespoon
- Sugar200 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Grease the mold with a lot of margarine and carefully (do not flour the mold, just grease it with margarine)... Beat the milk, eggs, sugar, oil in a blender and gradually add the sifted flour along with the cinnamon powder, also passed through the sieve! Add a pinch of salt to taste and the chemical yeast and pulse the blender just 3 times, just to mix the yeast.
- Grease the mold with a lot of margarine, only with margarine, do not use flour! Reserve.
- Add to this greased form the two boxes of condensed milk.
- Place the beaten cake batter in the blender.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° For approximately 50 minutes.
- Unmold while still warm. Now just serve!
