- Sifted Wheat Flour3 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 dessert spoon
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Preparation mode Whip the egg whites and set aside. In a bowl, add the margarine, sugar and egg yolks and beat well. Add the sifted flour and milk little by little, but do not stop beating. Add cinnamon powder and baking powder and mix well. And finally add the snow whites.
- Grease a shape and place the dough in the oven preheated to 180°c. Insert a toothpick to check if the dough is not raw and turn off the oven and let it cool. Cut the cake in half, fill with dulce de leche and then cover and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Now just prepare the coffee and serve đ âŁïž
