- Butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Oil for frying1 l
- Dulce de leche1 can(s)
- Sugar and cinnamon powder mixed1 cup
- Preparation mode In a pan add the water, butter and sugar. Bring to a boil and gradually add the flour. Stir until it comes off the pan and turn off the heat.
- Remove from the heat and add the egg one by one and mix everything together. Then add the dough to the pastry bag with the pitanga-shaped nozzle.
- In a pan add the oil and let it heat up. Fry the churros and roll in cinnamon sugar. Serve with the dulce de leche and that's it.
