  • Sugar1 cup
  • Wheat Flour1 cup
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream topping2 tablespoon
  • Semisweet Chocolate50 g
  • Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
  • Unsalted butter1/2 tablespoon
  • Brigadier to decorate to taste
  1. In a bowl, place the eggs, melted butter, sugar and beat well.
  2. Add the chocolate powder and sifted flour. Mix until you get a homogeneous mass
  3. Transfer to a round shape with a hole in the middle, greased and sprinkled with cocoa powder.
  4. Take to bake in preheated oven at 180°C for half an hour.
  5. (FILLING) In a pan, put the condensed milk, the cream, the chopped half bitter chocolate, the chocolate powder, the butter and mix well.
  6. Cook over low heat until soft, but not too firm.
  7. Place the brigadeiro in a pastry bag fitted with a pitanga nozzle and decorate the brownie.
  8. Finish with bonbons.
