- Stale bread or bread suitable for French Toast1 to taste
- Whole milk200 ml
- Condensed milk150 g
- Oil300 ml
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Sugar1 to taste
- Cinnamon powder1 to taste
- Cut the buns into slices or the shape you want.
- In a bowl put the milk and condensed milk and mix well and set aside.
- In another bowl put the eggs and mix very well, you can add a few drops of vanilla.
- Take a slice of bread, pass it in the milk mixture with the condensed milk and then pass it in the egg and place it to fry in the hot oil.
- Be careful not to burn. So, you will do it in all the slices of bread, pass in milk and egg, and put it to fry.
- Allow the fried French Toast to drain on a paper towel. When warm, pass the French toast already fried in sugar along with the cinnamon. Now just serve.
