- Organic Yeast10 g
- Warm whole milk480 ml
- Soybean oil1 tablespoon
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- Gem3 unit(s)
- Wheat flour5 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Condensed milk200 g
- Dried fruits to taste
- Mix the flour and yeast. Reserve
- In the mixer, beat the milk, margarine, oil, yolks and sugar and half of the dry ingredients. Hit with the racket. While beating, add the rest of the flour.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 40 min.
- Roll out the dough using a rolling pin on a floured surface.
- Separate previously 2 cl SP of margarine and 3 cl of sugar and make a paste.
- Spread the mixture over the dough
- Roll the dough like a swiss roll. Cut into pieces and place in a shape with a hole in the middle and let rise for 30 min.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20 min.
- Remove from the oven and pour in the condensed milk.
- Decorate with dried fruit
