  • Organic Yeast10 g
  • Warm whole milk480 ml
  • Soybean oil1 tablespoon
  • Sugar6 tablespoon
  • Gem3 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour5 cup
  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk200 g
  • Dried fruits to taste
  1. Mix the flour and yeast. Reserve
  2. In the mixer, beat the milk, margarine, oil, yolks and sugar and half of the dry ingredients. Hit with the racket. While beating, add the rest of the flour.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 40 min.
  4. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin on a floured surface.
  5. Separate previously 2 cl SP of margarine and 3 cl of sugar and make a paste.
  6. Spread the mixture over the dough
  7. Roll the dough like a swiss roll. Cut into pieces and place in a shape with a hole in the middle and let rise for 30 min.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 min.
  9. Remove from the oven and pour in the condensed milk.
  10. Decorate with dried fruit
