Mix all the ingredients in the mixer until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
Let it rest in the fridge, inside a plastic bag, for 30 minutes.
Remove the dough from the fridge, open it with a rolling pin on a floured surface (it may be necessary to add flour when opening, so that it does not stick to your hands, depending on the ambient temperature); cut with cookie molds or other object and place them on a greased surface.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes or until golden.
Allow to cool before putting on the topping.
