- Heat the butter, brown sugar and honey, stirring constantly over low heat until it turns into a syrup.
- Put the flour, ginger, cinnamon and bicarbonate in a bowl, add the melted syrup and the beaten egg, mix well until you get a uniform dough.
- Refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Open the dough with a roll and cut with cutters of varied formats, or as you prefer.
