- Whole milk200 ml
- Essence of Panettone1 teaspoon
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- Candied fruit60 g
- Raisins60 g
- Chopped cherries2 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- I didn't use a blender or mixer because this cake is very easy and practical. I used a whisk and started by mixing the eggs and sugar well, then added the other ingredients, lastly the yeast and fruit.
- I used a greased and floured loaf pan, poured all the dough, put a little more fruit on top and took it to the preheated oven at 200° for 40 minutes.
- Removed from the oven and let it cool, decorated with icing sugar and cherries.
