- Fractionated chocolate200 g
- Ice mold with 12 units to taste
- Fractionated chocolate coating has fractionated fat in its composition, making it ideal for making bonbons and toppings.
- Melt the fractionated chocolate for half a minute at medium temperature in the microwave oven.
- If necessary, cook for another half a minute.
- Gently stir the fractional coverage and pour over the molds, gently tapping the molds to remove any air bubbles.
- Take the fridge until it cools down completely. When unmolding it will come out easily.
- Excellent for gifting or complementing Easter eggs
