  • Dark chocolate250 g
  • Canned cream120 ml
  • Gin or Rum1 tablespoon
  • Honey1/4 cup
  • Chocolate powder to decorate to taste
  1. In a pan, place the cream and honey. Heat until it starts to boil.
  2. Then pour into a refractory form that will be with the chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the Gin (or Rum) and mix again. Let it freeze for at least 8 hours, covered with cling film.
  4. To make the balls, wet your hand with water, portion with a tablespoon and mold by squeezing with your hands.
  5. Finish by passing the chocolate powder.
  6. Return to the fridge for another hour.
  7. It's ready to eat! :)
