  • Maizena Biscuit160 g
  • Melted butter3/4 cup
  • Cinnamon (optional)1/2 tablespoon
  • Dark chocolate400 g
  • Sour cream400 g
  • Hazelnuts, chestnuts, almonds, walnuts or pecans (optional) to taste
  1. Grind the biscuit with the cinnamon in a food processor until crumbly.
  2. Add the butter and beat again until everything is well blended.
  3. Place in the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate with the cream until it forms a cream.
  5. Wait for it to cool and put it on top of the base, which should also be cold, and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour, to firm up.
  6. When it is firm, put the hazelnut on top. If you don't want to put anything on top, you don't need to, just with chocolate is already delicious.
  7. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before eating.
